The room at Pudong Airport Moonlo Hotel - Pet Friendly was spacious and beautifully decorated. The free shuttle service to and from the airport was a lifesaver. The hotel has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The convenience of being close to a supermarket and restaurants, including Burger King, was a plus. The availability of fruits, tea, and water in the lobby was a nice touch.

It was so relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. The spacious suite was incredible, with two living rooms and a separate bedroom. It felt like a home away from home.

The one thing I didn't enjoy as much was the air conditioning in the spacious double room. It was a bit too cold for my liking.

Was in Shanghai for Thanksgiving and found a hotel in a decent location with good service. the rooms were spacious and clean, with a huge and comfy bed and the bathroom had great amenities.

The gymnasium equipment was inadequate and overall it was a small and below standard gym. we could hear the noise of loud guests along the hallways which could be disturbing.

Nothing that I didn't like.

We had a total blast with my friends. We explored the nearby trendy shopping district and danced the night away at the coolest club in town. The rooms were spacious and had awesome cable programming - we binged our favorite shows all night!

The only thing that could have made our stay even better would be if the hotel had a rooftop terrace or rooftop bar. It would have been epic to hang out with our friends under the stars and enjoy the city skyline.
